Nestled in the rolling hills of Gush Etzion, not far from the community of Efrat, our family friendly farm embodies the very best of Israel's past, present and future. Founded and operated by Rabbi Mordechai Minister and his four children, with support from The Yishuv Impact project, this remote farmland oasis is a must-see destination unlike any other in Israel. The Eitam Farms supports a range of critical community initiatives and volunteer opportunities for all ages, provides Jewish and Zionist educational programming, and produces the very best farm-to-table products Israel has to offer.
